Space available: Meyboom Artist-run Spaces

Available from 1 October: Jubilee’s office/studio at Meyboom Artist-run Spaces. Centrally located at 34 Boulevard Pachécolaan, 1000 Brussels (walking distance from Central Station, next to Congress). 
The total rent is €614 (per month, all inclusive) and fits 4-6 people (desk-base practices) or 1-3 people (studio practices). The space is around 40 m2. Floorplan: see ‘Space 6’

Empty or partly furnished in dialogue with present renters. A beautiful view towards the north on the Congress Station and the small park in between.

Meyboom Artist-run Spaces is on the 2nd floor of an existing office building. There will be a sub-renting contract with Overtoon vzw, who administer the main rental contract with the owner until October 2024 (extension possible). On the ground floor, different rooms for meetings and presentations are available to all users of the building, free of charge (shared calendar). Elevators: for people only, no large charges (max weight 650 kg, but dimensions are limited).

Meyboom Artist-run Spaces is a community of around 30 artists and small artist-run organisations where an engagement in the shared life of the floor is very important. We’re interested in welcoming a group of artists/art workers or a small cultural organisation who are happy to work in a collaborative environment with shared commitments.
