“What memory should we retain from contemporary art? And how? Making a public art collection could be an answer to these questions. Besides the Centre Pompidou collection the visitor can also discover young Belgian artists. They have been selected by a committee to set the basis of Kanal’s own collection of contemporary art.
Art is(t) talk makes these artists and art historians meet an discuss the importance of contemporary art in our societies. Art is(t) Talk is organised in partnership with ULB and VUB.”
